    hmm strange. The can I got says 2 coats. one and then let dry for 2 hours in 13+ degrees then apply a second coat and let dry again for 2 hours. Seems to work fine. Still a good video. This is totally retarded. Why is there no freon in your unit? Because it has a leak. Put your miracle sealant in it and it will end up leaking again. That crap is not permanent. Charge it to the right pressure? You dont charge to pressure. Find and fix the leak before you do anything.

    • @averyalexander2303
      @averyalexander2303 2 роки тому

      No, adding highly flammable refrigerant to a leaky system is a terrible idea. I never tried R134a as Kenyon suggested. I'm sure it won't work as well as well as the proper refrigerant, but it will probably work to some extent and Walmart has it for $5 a can so it wouldn't be that expensive to try.

    • @stevee7774

    • @averyalexander2303
      @averyalexander2303 2 роки тому

      @@stevee7774 R410a would definitely be the next best refrigerant for an R32 system since the pressures are almost the same. Only problem is DIYers can't buy it without a license and it isn't available in small cans for cheap. I assume that the person asking this question isn't a professional HVAC tech with tanks of 410A laying around. If they were, they probably wouldn't be asking this question.
